Southern Tennessee Regional Health System – Lawrenceburg is proud to welcome Michele Augustin, FNP-C, to the medical teams at First Choice Health – Loretto and Summertown Medical Center. With more than 25 years of experience of clinical assessments and a strong background in patient care, Augustin brings a depth of knowledge that will greatly benefit patients in Lawrence County and the surrounding communities. 

Before joining Southern Tennessee Medical Group, Augustin served the Collinwood community as a Nurse Practitioner at Fast Pace. Her blend of healthcare expertise and compassionate, patient-centered approach makes her a valuable addition to the STRHS family.

Augustin began her nursing education at the University of North Alabama and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Tennessee State University. As a Loretto resident, she is passionate about caring for the families and neighbors she knows best.
