STRHS Hosts 5th Annual Pink Party for Breast Cancer Awareness
October 27, 2025
Southern Tennessee Regional Health System (STRHS) – Lawrenceburg proudly hosted its 5th Annual Pink Party on Tuesday, October 21st at First Baptist Church Lawrenceburg, bringing together more than 300 attendees for an evening of inspiration, hope, and community.
The event celebrated breast cancer survivors, honored those impacted by the disease, and raised awareness about the importance of early detection and prevention. This year’s program featured a Pink Power Panel of courageous local women — Cissy Hurst Holt (moderator), Korie Faulkner, Katie Holman, Becky Methvin, and Kelly Voss — who shared their powerful stories of strength, resilience, and healing. It was the highlight of the evening!
“We are honored to host the Pink Party each year and see our community come together in such a meaningful way,” said Rhee Perry, CEO of STRHS-Lawrenceburg. “Hearing directly from our Pink Power Panelists—women who have faced breast cancer with such courage and grace—was both powerful and inspiring. Their stories remind us why awareness, early detection, and community support are so important.”
Thanks to the generosity of forty-four local sponsors and donors, the event was free and open to the public, providing attendees with an evening of connection, education, and encouragement.
The Pink Party has become one of Lawrence County’s most meaningful annual gatherings, reflecting STRHS-Lawrenceburg’s ongoing commitment to improving health and wellness in the community.
