BEE AWARD

Last week, Andy Lee, RRT was awarded the STRHS Lawrenceburg BEE Award.  Just as a Daisy cannot survive without the BEE, the nurses in our hospital cannot survive without the outstanding teamwork provided by their colleagues.  The BEE Award, presented in conjunction with the DAISY Award, goes to employees in ancillary positions within the hospital and physician practices.  The BEE Award nominee exemplifies the  best qualities of an STRHS Lawrenceburg employee in an ancillary position.  This quarter's BEE winner is Andy Lee, RRT.  Nominated by RT Director, Pam Lindemann, Andy is characterized as "always smiling, always willing to lend a helping hand, not only to his team, but anyone he things needs something."  Pam also went on to say, " when I come to work I know my day is going to be a good one when I see Andy is working."
